Rich cheese jelly, it is very easy to make and it is delicious. It is a very light dessert that you will love.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

The grenetin is hydrated in 1/2 cup of water.
The cream cheese is liquefied with the milk.
The liquefied mixture is heated and the hydrated gelatin is added for 10 minutes.
Stir until the grenetin dissolves.
It is emptied in the mold and refrigerated.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the gelatin with strawberries.
