Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • to taste jam

Preparation

Hydrate the two grenetine sachets with 1/2 cup of water
Blend cream cheese, half cream and sugar.
Then when the grenetine is a bit hard, microwave it for 20 seconds, until it is liquid and add it to the cheese mixture.
Grease a jelly mold with a little oil or butter and empty the gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
Unmold and add the marmalade on top of the gelatin.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

Choose the flavor that you like most about jam. Refrigerate the gelatin overnight to make it firmer.
