Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups Hazelnut cream
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, melted
  • 12 chocolates, Ferrero
  • 7 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough chocolate, Ferrero

Preparation

Blend milk with sour cream, condensed milk, hazelnut cream, melted chocolate and Ferrero chocolates. Add slowly the unflavored gelatin and continue liquefying until integrating all.
Pour into a jelly mold and refrigerate until completely set.
Release from the mold and decorate with whipped cream and chocolates.
Cut a slice and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with whipped cream and Ferrero chocolates.

TIPS

You can oil your mold before pouring the gelatin to make it easier to release it.
