Preparation
Heat the milk with the sugar in a pot over medium heat. Add the essence of vanilla and cinnamon, cook for 10 minutes or until the ingredients release their aroma.
Add the previously hydrated gelatin and move it to dissolve with the heat of the preparation.
Separate the preparation into 3 different bowls. To the first add chocolate table q, to the second ½ cup and third condensed milk.
Pour the condensed milk mixture into a jelly pan and refrigerate until set. Repeat with the other two preparations, taking care that the layers of colors are well defined.
Remove from refrigeration, remove the gelatin and cut a portion, decorate with chocolate syrup.
