Preparation
For the gelatin, in a pot heat the milk with the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, the cream cheese, the cinnamon and the sugar until all the ingredients are incorporated. Add the unflavored gelatin, mix and let cool slightly.
Separate the preparation into 3 portions, adding red coloring to one portion and green to another. Mix very well and set aside.
In a previously greased mold, pour the green gelatin and refrigerate until set. Once set, place the chocoroles and cover with a layer of white gelatin, refrigerate.
Once the white layer is set, fill the mold with the red gelatin and return to refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Remove from mold and serve.
