Preparation
Boiling the cup of water, once boiled is put on low heat, gelatin is gradually poured, the gelatin is dissolved in the hot water and removed from the fire.
Add the three cups of pink cider, incorporating very well, to undo all lumps.
Prepare our screw mold with a few drops of oil to avoid sticking our gelatin.
Place our fruit completely without syrup in the bottom of the mold and pour over a small layer of our gelatin only to cover the fruit to prevent it from moving, let it set and add the rest of the gelatine.
Reframe the gelatin preferably overnight to unmold it.
