A rich, easy, different and delicate jelly combined with a fruit cocktail and the taste of the cider Christmas drink, with which you will surprise all your guests.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 140 grams of Orange jelly
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 3 cups of cider pink
  • 1 can of fruit cocktail without syrup

    Preparation

    Boiling the cup of water, once boiled is put on low heat, gelatin is gradually poured, the gelatin is dissolved in the hot water and removed from the fire.
    Add the three cups of pink cider, incorporating very well, to undo all lumps.
    Prepare our screw mold with a few drops of oil to avoid sticking our gelatin.
    Place our fruit completely without syrup in the bottom of the mold and pour over a small layer of our gelatin only to cover the fruit to prevent it from moving, let it set and add the rest of the gelatine.
    Reframe the gelatin preferably overnight to unmold it.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a white plate gelatin to highlight the colors of it.

    TIPS

    You can use white cider with peaches in syrup or with the fruit cocktail to play with the colors.

    se ve muy rica!! creo que hubieras tomado la foto con otro fondo, porque no se ve muy profesional con ese fondo ...pero el postre perfecto!!!!
