Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 on gelatin powder, (without color and without flavor)
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups Water

Preparation

In a pot put the whole milk on a low heat until it is lukewarm, add the coconut milk and evaporated milk when it is all warm, add the condensed milk.
In another small pot put to heat 1/4 cup of water and dissolve the gelatin (without flavor) until there is no lump any. Integrate our mix of milks.
Our mixture of milk and gelatin with cinnamon powder, has to be about to boil so we can put out the fire.
Place the hot mixture in an aluminum or special gelatin cupcake mold and leave it in the refrigerator for as long as possible.

PRESENTATION

You can puncture it with wooden sticks to get air and take off quickly. Turn it over like unmolding a cake and you're done. You can put more cinnamon powder on top or liquid cajeta.

TIPS

The longer you allow it to cool, the better consistency it will have.

Que cochinadas son estas!? Apenas se quajo la cosa. El sabor estaba remalo. Si lo asen, agregenle otros dos packetes de gelatina. Muy mala imo
