Preparation
In a pot put the whole milk on a low heat until it is lukewarm, add the coconut milk and evaporated milk when it is all warm, add the condensed milk.
In another small pot put to heat 1/4 cup of water and dissolve the gelatin (without flavor) until there is no lump any. Integrate our mix of milks.
Our mixture of milk and gelatin with cinnamon powder, has to be about to boil so we can put out the fire.
Place the hot mixture in an aluminum or special gelatin cupcake mold and leave it in the refrigerator for as long as possible.
