Preparation
Prepare lemon, strawberry and pineapple gelatins according to package instructions and refrigerate until they have set, not less than 4 hours.
Unmold the curd jellies and cut them into medium cubes. Arrange the cubes inside a large mold or screw, cover and refrigerate while preparing the rest of the gelatin.
Hydrate the grenetine in 1/2 cup of water.
Place evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a pot over low heat. Cook, moving constantly, without letting it boil, for about 15 minutes. It incorporates the hydrated gelatin and moves so that it dissolves well. Turn off and allow it to cool completely.
Strain and pour into the mold with colored jelly cubes. Cover and refrigerate until completely set, about 4 hours more.
