Do you like desserts, but do they make you complicated? You will no longer have pretexts to prepare this walnut jelly for its creamy consistency and soft with a touch of cajeta, ready in just three steps!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 2 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups walnut
  • 5 envelopes gelatin, 7g each, hydrated and melted
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate
  • to taste walnut, to decorate

Preparation

Blend milk, cream cheese, half cream, cajeta, milk, vanilla essence, walnut and gradually add the grenetina.
Pour over a gelatin mold, previously greased, refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream and chopped nuts.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, with a slice cut.

TIPS

Remember that to hydrate the grenetine is 5 times its weight in water, as well as let it rest 10 minutes before using it.
