Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup Strawberry Yoplait Greek Yogurt® no added sugar
  • 1 on jelly, light, strawberry flavor (25 g) (0.8 oz)
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, in cubes
  • 6 tablespoons Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added, Natura, to decorate
  • enough strawberry, in slices, to decorate
  • enough peach, in slices, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, pour Yoplait Greek Yogurt® with no added sugar, strawberry flavor along with light strawberry flavor gelatin and heat in the microwave for a few seconds. Mix with a spoon to integrate.
Add the chopped strawberries and pour into a cupcake mold with cups or a jello mold.
Refrigerate until set, unmold and decorate with Yoplait Yogurt Greek® without added natural sugar, strawberries, peaches and mint.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with Yoplait Greek Yogurt® with no added natural sugar and seasonal fruit.

TIPS

Prepare in advance and have this snack ready in your refrigerator for the time you crave it. Do not over warm the yogurt and gelatin mixture.
