Ingredients

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of Hazelnut cream
  • 1 Cup of bitter chocolate melted
  • 12 pieces of chocolate Ferrero
  • 7 envelopes of grenetina hydrated and melted
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of chocolate Ferrero

    Preparation

    Blend milk with sour cream, condensed milk, hazelnut cream, melted chocolate and Ferrero. Add the grenetine in the form of a thread and continue liquefying until integrating.
    Pour into a jelly pan and refrigerate until completely set.
    Unmold and decorate with whipped cream and chocolates.
    Cut a slice and enjoy.
