Fluffy Pineapple Gelatin

Delicious recipe to share with family, prepare this rich and pineapple dessert. It is a recipe that everyone will love and it is also very easy to make.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 20 grams pineapple jelly
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • enough red cherry

Preparation

Open the pineapple tin and measure the syrup and fill with water until you get 3 1/2 cups. Put it in a pot, heat and dissolve the pineapple jelly.
Pour some of this gelatin into a previously greased mold, until it covers the bottom of the mold and refrigerate until it sets. Place pineapple slices with a cherry in the center.
In another container place a cup of gelatin until it sets and then cut it into small cubes.
Allow the rest of the gelatin to cool in a bowl, once it begins to set, beat at medium speed until it is frothy and place this preparation on the mold with the pineapple slices; add the cubes you reserved.
Refrigerate until firm and unmold.

TIPS

To make you taste better, use cherries in syrup.
