This is a recipe that Grandma Amelia inherited from me. And it's mom's favorite. Delicious from start to finish!

Preparation
In a pot boil the liter of milk, add the cinnamon and vanilla pod. He lets himself consume a little. You have to be on the lookout so that the milk does not overflow when boiling. Keep the flame low. Boil for 7 to 9 minutes.
In a cup of cold water the genetina dissolves, until obtaining a paste.
Once the milk is removed from the fire and the vanilla has released its flavor, the grenetina is added and mixed perfectly.
Add the condensed milk little by little, without mixing.
When the milk is warm, add the yolks, one by one and beating perfectly so that no lumps are generated. It is very important that the milk is warm, so that they are perfectly integrated and the yolks are not cured.
When emptying the mixture in one several molds use a strainer to avoid lumps. Let it cool and then go to the refrigerator. Once curdled, it is split or served in individual molds.
