A fruit jelly recipe can not be missing among your desserts, except when it comes to one with a design as original as this. Prepare these blueberry transverse jelly cups, but use tall glass cups so you can add several layers of gelatin and get a different presentation. If you want to speed up the gelatin curdling process, decrease the amount of water or milk.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Water, (500 ml) for wild blackberry jelly
  • 1 bag D´Gari® blueberry gelatin dessert, (120 g)
  • 2 cups milk, (500 ml) for condensed milk gelatin
  • 1 bag D’Gari® condensed milk gelatin dessert, 120 g
  • 2 cups Water, (500 ml) for crystalline gelatin
  • 1 bag D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, 120 g
  • 1 cup blueberry, for crystalline jelly

Preparation

Empty the content of the D'Gari® wild blackberry jelly in very hot water and move until completely dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Empty the content of the D'Gari® gelatin flavor condensed milk in very hot milk and move until completely dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Empty the content of the crystalline D'Gari® jelly in very hot water and move until completely dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Place the glasses in a cupcake pan or in a smaller bowl inclined at 50 °, pour the wild blackberry D'Gari® jelly carefully and refrigerate until set.
Turn the glasses on the mold or bowl but to the opposite side, tilted at 50 °, pour the D'Gari® flavor condensed milk jelly, refrigerate until set.
Turn the glasses on the mold or bowl but to the opposite side inclined at 65 °, add the blackberries carefully, pour crystalline D'Gari® and refrigerate until set.
Repeat the process until you have 2 layers of each flavor.

PRESENTATION

On a tall glass, decorated with blackberries and mint.

TIPS

To speed up the gelatin curdling process, the amount of water or milk decreases. Use tall glasses so you can add several layers of jelly.
