Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat, prepare the gelatin with the 30 grams of grenetine, the almond essence and the water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Once set, put the dye in the syringes and make the flowers by injecting the dye to form the petals and the rest of the flower.
Prepare the milk gelatin by heating evaporated milk, sugar, peach puree and 15 grams of grenetine in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once dissolved the grenetina in the milk it adds a little of the mixture to each glass already with the flower finished.
Put in the refrigerator until set and unmold.
