It is a delicious dessert that can be savored in the season when there is a lot of mango and it is both healthy. Children love it and since it contains splenda the whole family can consume it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 manila mango, the pulp, ripe and medium
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 cup splenda sugar, granulated

Preparation

Put the gelatin to rest in half a cup of water. Put a few minutes in the microwave to dissolve.
Butter a jelly mold and put in the freezer.
Blend the mango pulp, cream cheese, evaporated milk, and granulated splenda sugar. Add the gelatin and blend a little until everything is stirred.
Take the mold out of the freezer and pour the liquid into it. Refrigerate until set for a few hours.
Enjoy the delicious cold mango jelly.

It can be presented garnished with mango pieces
