Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 cup splenda sugar, granulated

Preparation

Put to rest the grenetina in half a cup of water. Take a few minutes in the microwave to dissolve.
Enquillaquillar a mold for jellies and put into the freezer.
Blend mango pulp, cream cheese, evaporated milk, and granulated splenda sugar. Add the grenetina and liquefy a little to make everything stir.
Remove the mold from the freezer and empty into the liquefied. Refrigerate until set for a few hours.
Enjoy the delicious cold mango jelly.
