Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box pineapple jelly
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • 300 grams tamarind pulp
  • Water

Preparation

Prepare the pineapple gelatin as indicated on the package.
Drain the pineapples.
Prepare 10 cups with 30 grams of tamarind pulp each.
Add a little of the chopped pineapple in each cup.
Empty the gelatine equally in the glasses and put in the refrigerator until set.
