Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin, , hydrated in 1/2 cup of cold water and dissolved in a water bath
  • 4 tablespoons tequila
  • 1/2 cups whipped cream

Preparation

Heat the milk with the cajeta, add the previously hydrated grenetine and dissolved in a water bath, moving constantly until it is integrated. Remove from heat, let cool and add tequila.
Pour into a jelly pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with biscuit sticks and whipped cream.

TIPS

If you wish, you can flame the gelatin with a little tequila.
