Ingredients

10 portions
  • 8 cups lemon soda
  • 1/2 cups gelatin, melted and moistened
  • 1 1/2 kilos grape, green, without stalk

Preparation

In a jar mix the lemon soda with the unflavored gelatin and mix well until incorporated.
In a jelly mold, arrange the grapes and fill with the previous preparation. Refrigerate until set, unmold, decorate to your liking and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the gelatin in an serving dish.

TIPS

Use citric acid to make your gelatin more transparent. Dip the grapes in a solution of citric acid with water so they do not oxidize. You can substitute citric acid with a lot of lemon.
