Jelly Thread with Fruits

Because we know you love jellies, this jelly with fruit will fascinate you with its colorful presentation and a rich combination of milk jelly. It's perfect to surprise the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 5 envelopes of grenetina previously hydrated (35 grams)
  • 4 cups of Water hot (for transparent gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for transparent gelatin
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla for transparent gelatin
  • 5 envelopes of grenetina for transparent gelatin (hydrated and melted) 35 grams
  • 2 cups of Strawberry
  • 2 cups of green grapes without seed, for transparent gelatin
  • 2 cups of peach in syrup for transparent gelatin

    Preparation

    Blend condensed milk with evaporated milk, whole milk, vanilla essence, and previously hydrated gelatin.
    Pour into a previously greased mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
    Dissolves the sugar in the hot water, with the essence of vanilla and grenetina.
    Cut the milk gelatine into 8 equal parts and remove 4 parts alternately. Fill each space with strawberries, grapes, peaches and pineapple.
    Pour the transparent gelatin over the fruit, taking care not to leave the spaces. Refrigerate for 2 more hours or until set completely.
    Desmolda and decorate with more fresh fruit, cut a slice and presents.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base decorated with fresh fruit.

    TIPS

    For a more precise cut, measure and divide the circumference of the mold.
