An ideal dessert for when mango season. Here we present a recipe that combines the delicious sweet taste of mango with the acid and delicious flavor of the jamaica. Ideal for those hot days.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 pieces of Manila mango chopped into squares
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (30 grams)
  • 1 Cup of Hibiscus flower
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar

    Preparation

    Place the mangoes and condensed milk in a blender jar. Blend until everything is incorporated. Strain the preparation.
    Dissolve the grenetine in half a glass of hot water, beat vigorously. Add the remaining water. Pour the gelatin into the milk with mango. Empty in a mold and refrigerate for two hours.
    Place the water and the Jamaica in a pot. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Strain the preparation and return the liquid to the pot.
    Add the sugar and stir constantly. Once thickened, remove from heat. Pour the sauce once it is cold on the gelatin.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and add a little of the jamaica sauce.

    TIPS

    To make it easier to remove the gelatin, put a little oil in the mold.

    Apenas la voy a preparar pero se ve que va a quedar deliciosa gracias por publicar recetas sencillas

    Hola Paco, ya esta corregida la receta muchas gracias por la observación. La cantidad de agua esta correcta 1 vaso de agua es para la gelatina de mango y las 2 tazas restantes son para la jamaica. Saludos

    Ingredientess Los ingredientes de esta gelatina están mal, según lo que ponen en la lista de ingredientes, son tres tazas de agua, en la preparación describen que se agregue la "leche" y la leche condensada, ¿que cantidad de leche? y ¿cual es la cantidad correcta de agua?. Por cierto tienen varias recetas con el mismo problema.
