For this summer season, nothing better than taking care to be in shape with a rich dessert of mango jelly with a creamy Greek yogurt mousse. Because taking care of yourself was never so delicious!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup mango
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 on D'Gari® Light Water Gelatin Mango flavor
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 on sweetener
  • 1/2 cups mango, chopped
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

For mango gelatin, blend the mango with the cup of water. Reservation.
Heat the remaining three cups of water in a pot, remove from the heat and add D'Gari® Light Water Gelatin Mango flavor. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved and cool slightly.
Pour the mango jelly and place the glasses lying at 45 degrees, refrigerate until they set.
For the mousse, mix the yoghurt with the sweetener.
Pour over the mango jelly, refrigerate for 1 hour, decorate with mango and fresh mint.

PRESENTATION

On glass cups decorated with cubes of mango and mint.

TIPS

If you can not find mango, you can occupy peaches.
