Preparation
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water, add the sugar and mix perfectly.
Add the cold water and wait for it to warm, blend with Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and evaporated milk.
Pour the above into a mold for gelatin and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
Unmold and serve.
