Strawberry Gelatin has a surprise ingredient, Cream Cheese Philadelphia®, providing a texture much more creamy and thick, achieving a simply delicious gelatin.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 package of strawberry jelly Jello®
  • 2 cups of Water boiling
  • 1 Cup of Water cool
  • 1/2 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar

    Preparation

    Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water, add the sugar and mix perfectly.
    Add the cold water and wait for it to warm, blend with Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and evaporated milk.
    Pour the above into a mold for gelatin and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
    Unmold and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate the gelatin with strawberries cut in halves.

    TIPS

    Grease your mold with a little oil, to make it easier to remove the gelatin once it is curdled.

    Super rica !!! Súper sencilla !! Súper versátil !! Quedó muy rica pero no le puse azúcar y aún así quedó riquísima , además probé hacerla también con gelatina de limón y el resultado igual de delicioso . La recomiendo !!!

    A través de Android No me salio duro 2 horas en refrigeracion y no cuajo, y segui los pasos como alli decian.
