Prepare these incredible cups filled with pineapple gelatin combined with an infusion of lemon and chamomile, decorated with natural fruit and with an excellent presentation. Best of all, they are low in calories.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® pineapple flavor light, (25 g)
  • 1 liter Water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1/2 liters Water
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light lemon flavor, (25 g)
  • 1/2 liters Water
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • 2 lemons, cut into thin slices
  • to taste chamomile, natural for decorating

Preparation

Dissolve the D'Gari® light pineapple gelatin with ½ liter of water at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and incorporate well.
Pour the preparation into glasses filling ¼ of each and refrigerate until set. Reserve the remaining gelatin.
For the lemon jelly, boil ½ liter of water in a pot and add the chamomile, turn off and let infuse for 5 minutes, strain.
Dissolve the D'Gari® light lemon gelatin lemon in cold water and mix with the chamomile infusion.
Pour the previous preparation over the pineapple gelatin, leaving ¼ of the glass empty. Refrigerate until set.
Fill the glasses with the remaining pineapple gelatin until the top and return to refrigeration so that the last layer sets, or if you want you can make it with only two layers.
Garnish with fresh pineapple, lemon slices and chamomile flowers.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with fresh pineapple, lemon slices and natural chamomile.

TIPS

When you prepare gelatins in layers, they probably will curdle before pouring them into the mold, in which you refrigerate each layer. If this happens, just give them a touch of heat to melt them again. You can make it of 3 or two layers according to the time you have to prepare it.
