Preparation
Blend the raspberries and pass them through a fine sieve, in order to remove the seeds.
In a pan, heat the sugar with the cream and the mashed raspberries.
Hydrate the grenetine in cold water for 3 minutes, drain them well and put them together with the previous preparation.
With low heat leave it until it bubbles for 5 minutes, do not boil, put them in their refractory and refrigerate until set
