Ingredients

5 portions
  • 200 grams raspberry
  • 800 milliliters whipping cream
  • 10 grams gelatin
  • 128 grams sugar

Preparation

Blend the raspberries and pass them through a fine sieve, in order to remove the seeds.
In a pan, heat the sugar with the cream and the mashed raspberries.
Hydrate the grenetine in cold water for 3 minutes, drain them well and put them together with the previous preparation.
With low heat leave it until it bubbles for 5 minutes, do not boil, put them in their refractory and refrigerate until set

TIPS

You can vary the fruit if you want to make it citrus with lemon, lime or orange zest that is more than 3 pieces and 1 liter of cream, rectify the flavor if you want it that way or more citrus.
