Strawberry Gelatin with Guavas

Prepare this rich strawberry and guava gelatin. It has a rich and intense flavor of strawberry and guava, perfect to serve after the meal.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1 on of strawberry jelly
  • 10 pieces of guava
  • 1 can of condensed milk

    Preparation

    Boil the water and add the strawberry gelatin, beat well until there are no lumps. Let rest at room temperature.
    Cut the guavas in half and remove the seeds. Place the halves in the blender and blend until you have a puree. Add the condensed milk and mix until everything is well incorporated.
    Add the guava mixture to the gelatine and whisk to incorporate everything. Grease a gealtin mold with a little vegetable oil or spray oil. Empty the mixture in the mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
    Unmold the gelatin and decorate with strawberries.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with pieces of strawberry.

    LA HICE Y EL SABOR MUY BUENO PERO NO ME CUAJO QUE FALTARIA PUES LA SEGUI AL PIE DE LA LETRA PERO EN CUANTO AL AGUA SOLO AGREGUE 500ML DE AGUA NO MAS,DESEO QUE SEA RESUELTA LA DUDA QUE TENGO. MIL GRACIAS,

    Hola y si fuera la pasta de guayaba cuánto debería usar, ya q aquí donde vivo no consigo la guayaba natural, gracias adelantadas, favor si me puede confirmar.

    Yo la hice sabe muy rica sólo que yo puse la gelatina de fresa en sólo medio litro de agua ... y la otra mezcla puse guayaba como 20 piezas sin semillas las licue, después puse la leche condensada , una pizca de vainilla , y 2sobres de grenetina hidratada ..licue hasta que se incorporó en un molde desmontable puse galleta molida con mantequilla derretida e hice una base de pay. .. y sí kedo Ojalá y sirva mi explicación ...

    riquisima gelatina Yo he preparado la gelatina de guayaba y queda muy rica y me imagino q esta no se queda atras. Sera mi proxima receta.!
