Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 mango
  • 1 mango
  • 1 guava
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 100 grams strawberry
  • 200 grams red grapes
  • 1 box Orange jelly
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 30 grams gelatin

Preparation

Cut the fruit in different sizes. Prepare two tablespoons of grenetine mixed in hot water.
Place the chopped fruit at the bottom of a mold, add the hydrated gelatin with hot water, mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Prepare the orange gelatin as indicated on the package and add it to the refractory, refrigerate again.
Meanwhile prepare the milk gelatin: mix half a liter of warm milk with two tablespoons of gelatin and four tablespoons of sugar.
Once the orange gelatin has set, pour the milk gelatin on top. Refrigerate 2 hours approximately.
