This Christmas, enjoy a delicious chocolate jelly with berries, with this simple dessert recipe. It is an exceptional combination of flavors, with the touch of white chocolate and red fruits, which you can substitute for cherries if you prefer a sweeter and cheaper option. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 liters milk, for white chocolate jelly
  • 1 cup White chocolate, for white chocolate jelly
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for white chocolate jelly
  • 8 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted, for white chocolate jelly
  • 3 cups Water, for crystalline jelly
  • 4 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and molten
  • 1 cup strawberry, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup raspberry
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the milk over medium heat, add white chocolate, condensed milk, and hydrated and melted grenetina. Pour into a thread mold and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
Heat the water over medium heat, add the crystalline gelatin envelope and the grenetina, move until it is diluted. Let cool and reserve.
Cut the jelly into 14 parts, as shown in the video, and remove the gelatin slices by inserting a yes and a no.
Add the red fruits in the empty spaces, pour the transparent jelly until the mold is filled, refrigerate for 2 hours, or until it sets.
Unmold, decorate with berries and mint.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by a jasmine tea.

TIPS

You can substitute red fruits for cherries if you prefer a sweeter and cheaper option.
