Yogurt with peach jelly

Prepare this fun yogurt gelatin with peach in syrup, with a crystalline center of peach jelly and whole nuts. This delicious jelly will surprise you when it comes to cutting it and sharing it with your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of milk for yogurt jelly
  • 1 Cup of Yogurt for yogurt jelly
  • 2 cups of peach in syrup for yogurt jelly
  • enough of artificial coloring orange for yogurt jelly
  • 1/4 of Cup of grenetina hydrated and melted, for yoghurt jelly
  • 1 on of peach jelly (25 g) for crystalline gelatin
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut whole
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate
  • to taste of nut finely chopped to decorate
  • to taste of peach in syrup to decorate

    Preparation

    For yogurt gelatin, liquefy milk with yogurt, peaches in syrup, vegetable dye and hydrated and melted gelatin. Pour a thin layer in a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Reserve the rest of the gelatin.
    In a bowl mix the hot water with the peach gelatin powder until the ingredients are incorporated. Pour half of the gelatin into a mold smaller than the one you used for the yogurt jelly, place the nuts and refrigerate until it sets, repeating the same process.
    Desmolda the gelatin of water and place it on the yogurt, pour the remaining gelatin yogurt and refrigerate until set.
    Desmolda, decorate with whipped cream, segments of peach in syrup and chopped walnut.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the jelly decorated with whipped cream, nuts and peach.

    TIPS

    Grease the mold with oil, to make it easier to unmold.

    La leche y el yogurt dice "para gelatina de yogurt" porque son ingredientes para preparar la gelatina de yogurt, pero es leche convencional (leche entera) de la que compras en cualquier tienda, lo mismo con el yogurt. El yogurt es de bote sabor natural (no de beber). Suerte. Me encanto la receta.
