Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 500 milliliters whole milk
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 30 grams gelatin
  • 100 milliliters Water, (to hydrate the greenery)
  • 2 tablespoons coffee

Preparation

The milk is heated and the hydrated cream is added until it melts perfectly. Then sugar and coffee are added. Empty in individual containers and let set and enjoy!
