You will not believe how easy it is to prepare this delicious jelly cookie, you just have to liquefy all the ingredients and that's it. You will have a homemade dessert, rich and its intense and soft with only 10 ingredients. You will be fascinated!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 packages Marie biscuit, (170 gc / u)
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and add the grenetine in the form of a yarn while still liquefying.
Pour into a lightly greased jelly pan and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream.

PRESENTATION

Present it in a glass base and decorate with whipped cream and mini marie cookies.

TIPS

If you need to unmold it quickly you can put it in the freezer so that it sets faster. Be careful not to freeze!
