Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of eggnog
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 10 grams of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 8 pods of vanilla (to decorate)

    Preparation

    Blend the eggnog, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract to form a homogeneous mixture.
    In a container, moisturize the grenetine with the milk until it dissolves completely, put this mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds and add it to the blender together with the previous mixture.
    Empty the mixture in molds with a star shape or whatever you prefer and put in the refrigerator until it sets.
    Unmold and serve with a vanilla pod as decoration.

    PRESENTATION

    You can sprinkle some cinnamon in each jelly.

    Quedó deliciosa. Seguí el consejo de las chicas y le puse más grenetina. La volveré a hacer!

    Excelente receta, ¡queda deliciosa! Deliciosa receta. Lo unico que cambié fue la medida de grenetina no es la correcta. Hace falta un poco más, yo segui la receta de la marca de grenetina que uso. Y en el caso de la canela, no la use en polvo, sino en ramita, puse a hervir una taza de agua con una ramita de canela y se lo agregué a la mezcla.

    Muy rica La preparé, pero le faltó grenetina, en mi caso le pondré más la próxima vez. Cambié las vainas de vainilla por ramas pequeñas de canela, por el costo.
