To sell or share, prepare this recipe for heart surprise strawberry-cherry flavor and decorate with whipped cream and cherries.

It is important that for this heart jelly you use more gelatin in the strawberry portion, because in that way you will keep your hearts firm and look more. With what would you accompany this Gelatin of Heart?

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 4 cups of Water hot, for water jelly
  • 50 grams of strawberry jelly for water jelly
  • 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin for water jelly
  • 2 cups of cherries in syrup, for cherry jelly
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk for cherry jelly
  • 7 envelopes of unflavored gelatin for cherry jelly, (7 gc / u)
  • enough of syrup for milk gelatin
  • enough of Water hot
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of cherries in syrup to decorate

    Preparation

    It dissolves the strawberry flavor gelatine and the gelatine in the hot water.
    Pour the gelatin into a refractory, previously greased. Refrigerate until set.
    Remove from the refrigerator and with the help of a heart cutter cut the gelatine. Reservation.
    For milk gelatin, liquefy cherries with condensed milk, whole milk, and grenetine.
    In a cylindrical plastic container, add a little of the milk gelatin and refrigerate until set. Remove and arrange the hearts vertically one on top of the other.
    Fill with the milk gelatin and return to refrigeration until it settles completely.
    Soak the gelatin in hot water to demold. Cut slices and decorate with whipped cream and cherries in syrup.

    PRESENTATION

    On a rectangular plate, decorated with whipped cream and cherries.

    TIPS

    It is important that you add more gelatin to the strawberry gelatin, in this way the hearts will stay firm and will be easier to hold inside the mold.
