Ingredients

8 portions
  • 750 milliliters milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 21 grams gelatin
  • 250 milliliters Water, at room temperature
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in the water until it sponges and reserves.
Add in a bowl the 750 ml of milk, the evaporated milk and the cinnamon stick.
Once the previous mixture is hot (before it boils), add the condensed milk and the teaspoon of vanilla essence without stopping to move, wait for it to boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
Heat the grenetine until it becomes liquid. This can be in a water bath or in a microwave in 15 second runs.
It integrates the lignid grenetina to the milk. Wait for it to cool enough to pour into the mold or individual molds.

PRESENTATION

The ideal is to present it as base gelatin for mosaic or rainbow gelatin. If you want to make it alone, it can be with chocolate chips or red fruits.

TIPS

The cinnamon rye and the teaspoon of vanilla essence are optional but they give it a better flavor.
