Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup Hazelnut cream
  • chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in half a cup of warm water for 10 minutes.
Heat the milk and add the hazelnut cream until it dissolves.
Blend so that it integrates perfectly.
Dissolve the grenetina in a bain-marie and add it to the milk. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Pour the gelatine s the jars and refrigerate for about 3 hours or until set.
Garnish with chocolate granillo.
