Preparation
Heat 2 cups of water and when it boils, add the cherry flavor gelatin; move until dissolved completely. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes without setting.
In a bowl, mix the half cream with the chocolate and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, at intervals of 20 seconds, until the chocolate melts.
Blend the above mixture with condensed milk, gelatin, and the rest of the water; pour the preparation into a jelly mold and refrigerate until set. Desmolda and decora.
