Preparation
Bathe the mold for gelatin in almond oil.
In a bowl, mix the Yogurt Type Greek FAGE Total 0%, condensed milk and half cream.
Dissolve the grenetine with the cold water, add the hot water. Add the cold water first and then the hot one so that no lumps remain.
Mix the greenery with the Greek Type Yoghurt Blend FAGE Total 0%.
Empty the mixture in the previously greased mold.
Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until set.
For the Coulis: Blend the strawberries, 1 cup of water and ½ cup of sugar
Unmold and serve with the coulis.
