The kids in the house will be happy with this delicious easy snack made of jelly. We tell you how to make Jelly Gummies of various flavors. You can sprinkle them with sugar or leave them natural. Remember that for a few gummies to go well, you should moisten the gelatin with cold water and use 5 times the weight of water against the amount of grenetine.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 500 milliliters Water, boiling
  • 1 on D 'Gari® Gelatin cherry flavor, 120 g
  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® Grenetina powder without taste, hydrated and melted, 28 g
  • 500 milliliters Water, boiling
  • 1 on D 'Gari® Gelatin lemon flavor, 120 g
  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® Grenetina powder without taste, hydrated and melted, 28 g
  • 500 milliliters Water, boiling
  • 1 on D 'Gari® Gelatin orange flavor, 120 g
  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® Grenetina powder without taste, hydrated and melted, 28 g
  • 1 cup refined sugar, to sprinkle

Preparation

Dissolve in boiling water the content of D 'Gari® Gelatin cherry flavor, add the previously hydrated gelatin. Pour into a refractory and refrigerate until set.
Repeat the previous step with all the flavors of D 'Gari® Water Gelatin.
Once the gelatins have set, with the help of a cookie cutter cut figures for the different flavors. Stir in sugar and serve.

PRESENTATION

In a jar, sprinkled with sugar, ready to eat.

TIPS

To hydrate the grenetina the water must be cold, use 5 times the weight of water vs the amount of gelatin. To have a more concentrated flavor in the gummies we use 500 ml of water, in this way, when we add the gelatin, it will not affect the flavor.
