Preparation
The pineapple is drained and the carrots are grated.
Dissolve the gelatin in 3 cups of cold water, add a pinch of salt, two cups of cold water, sugar, a cup of pineapple syrup, the juice of the orange, the lemon juice and refrigerate.
When it is half full, the carrots and pineapple are stirred and refrigerated again.
