Mango jelly is a light dessert. In this recipe, the mango pieces are inside the gelatin, which makes it more attractive and rich.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can mango in syrup
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 on jelly, mango

Preparation

Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions.
Divide it into 2 parts. To one add pieces of mango in syrup and to the other the condensed milk.
In glasses or in a refractory, pour the gelatin with the condensed milk and put in the refrigerator.
Once it has solidified, add the gelatin with pieces of mango. If when you go to put the mango gelatin already curdled, put a little in the heat again until it has melted.
Refrigerate until serving time.
