This is an easy and very colorful jelly recipe, which all children will love for their citrus flavors. Prepare it to celebrate a special occasion, or any day of the week to spoil your whole family, with its lemon and pistachio flavor. We recommend adding grenetina in the water jelly to make it firmer and have enough resistance.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 bags Gelatin D'Gari® lemon flavor, (120 grams each)
  • 4 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and dissolved for the lemon flavor jelly (28 grams)
  • 8 cups Water, for the lemon flavor jelly (2 liters)
  • 2 bags D'Gari® Gelatin pistachio flavor, (120 grams each)
  • 8 cups milk, for pistachio flavor jelly (2 liters)
  • 4 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and dissolved, for pistachio flavor gelatin (28 grams)
  • lemons, to decorate
  • pistachios, to decorate
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate

Preparation

Dissolve the D´Gari® lemon flavor jelly in very hot water with the grenetina, move until completely mixed. Pour into a refractory and refrigerate until set.
With the help of a star-shaped cutter, cut the lemon jelly taking advantage of each space. Reservation.
For pistachio jelly: Dissolve the D´Gari® pistachio jelly in very hot milk with the grenetina and move until completely mixed.
In a cylindrical mold, add a little pistachio jelly and refrigerate until set. Place the lemon jelly stars one by one vertically to form a tower and gradually cover with the pistachio jelly. Refrigerate again until set.
Unmold the jelly with hot water, cut horizontally and decorate with lemon twist, pistachio and whipped cream.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with lemon, pistachios and mint leaves.

TIPS

Place grenetina in the water jelly to make it firmer and have enough strength.
