Enjoy all the flavor of cola in a fun and original mosaic gelatin that is also low in calories, as it is sweetened with sugar substitutes. You will not be able to resist this refreshing combination of flavors with cherry jello cubes!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup cherries in syrup, For the cherry jello
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, For the cherry jello
  • 1 cup sour cream, For the cherry jello
  • 2 cups milk, For the cherry jello
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar substitute, For the cherry jello
  • 4 envelopes gelatin, 28 g, hydrated and melted
  • 1 liter soda drink, Low in calories
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, 42 g, hydrated and melted
  • to taste whipping cream, low in calories, for decorating
  • to taste cherries in syrup, for decorating

Preparation

For cherry jelly: Blend the cherries with the evaporated milk, the liquid milk, the cream, the sugar substitute and add the grenetine in the form of thread until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour into a previously greased mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Unmold and cut 2 cm jelly cubes. Reserve.
Heat the low-calorie cola, add the unflavored gelatin and dissolve. Reserve.
In a 25 cm diameter screw mold place the cherry jelly cubes and pour the cola soft gelatin, refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate whipped cream and cherries.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with cherries.

TIPS

Grease the gelatin mold with a little vegetable oil.
