That's why we created this recipe for Milk Chocolate Bunny Gelatin which is the perfect creamy combination of gelatin, chocolate and the special taste of bunnies. Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of rabbit of chocolate
  • 2 cups of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of Nestle media creama
  • 3 cups of whole milk
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 7 envelopes of unflavored gelatin 7 gc / u
  • 1 Cup of sour cream for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of rabbit of chocolate, for the sauce
  • 4 pieces of rabbit of chocolate, to decorate
  • enough of rabbit of chocolate, to decorate

    Preparation

    Melt two cups of chocolate rabbits in the microwave for 30 seconds.
    Blend evaporated milk, half cream, whole milk, and cream cheese.
    In a saucepan, heat the previous mixture with melted chocolate and gelatin.
    Pour slowly into a pre-greased gelatin mold in the form of a drizzle. Refrigerate until curdled.
    For the chocolate sauce, heat the sour cream and add the rabbits until they melt and you have a homogeneous mixture. Cool slightly so as the differences in the temperatures do not create a shock between the gelatin and the sauce.
    Unmold the gelatin, filled with chocolate sauce and decorate with grated chocolate rabbits that have been turned into powder and remaining whole chocolate rabbits.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with sauce, whole chocolate bunnies and the grated chocolate bunnies.

    TIPS

    To accelerate the curding process you can freeze your gelatin for a few minutes taking care that it does not freeze.
