This milk gelatin with lemon and strawberry mosaics is ideal to prepare for the September or Christmas parties, this incredibly creamy and smooth combination of flavors is delicious, and the shape of the gelatin is spectacular. You'll love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of milk
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 envelopes of grenetina hydrated, 7g each
  • 3 liters of Water Hot (divided)
  • 1 on of strawberry gelatin (25 gr)
  • 1 on of Lemon Jelly (25 gr)

    Preparation

    Blend the cream cheese with the milk, sugar and the vanilla extract. Add the hydrated gelatin while the blender is still mixing. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a silicon mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until curdled.
    Soak each portion of strawberry and lime gelatin in 6 cups of water, mix and let sit for an hour in the fridge.
    Remove the mold with the curd gelatin from the refrigerator and place the irregular jelly cubes, pour the remaining milk jelly until covered and refrigerate again until it sets. Cut them in different sized cubes. Put them over the cream gelatin and cover with the rest of the tempered mixture. Chill for 1 hour or until curdled.
    Turn out the gelatin and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut a piece of gelatin and enjoy.

    TIPS

    You can add more gelatin to your mixes to set faster.
