The classic yogurt gelatin that everyone loves but with a surprise. This is a creamy jello with gelatin figures of many different flavors and colors. Enjoy it!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 envelopes of jelly of different flavors
  • 2 cups of Yogurt natural of 250 grams each (8.8 ounces) (for yogurt gelatin)
  • 1 boat of sour cream of 490 g (3.7 cups)(for yogurt gelatin)
  • 1 Cup of sugar (for yogurt gelatin)
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated of 7 gc / each (or 1.5 teaspoons) (for yogurt gelatin)

    Preparation

    Prepare the gelatin sachets according to the instructions. Pour each flavor into 4 oven proof dishes and refrigerate.
    With the help of a cookie cutter, cut gelatin figurines of different flavors. Set aside.
    For the yogurt gelatin, heat yogurt and cream in a pot. Add the sugar and incorporate well. Remove from heat and mix well with the hydrated gelatin, then let cool a little
    In a jello mold, pour some of the yogurt gelatin and add flavored figurines. Refrigerate until it becomes a curd.
    Repeat the previous step 4 times until the mixture is finished, so that the figurines are suspended throughout the mold. Then serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a glass dish so that its colors show their brilliance more clearly.

    TIPS

    You can make a red berry sauce to accompany it.
