I present a very simple jelly to prepare and it is perfect to celebrate a birthday. It is a simple pearl gelatin chocolate, is a recipe with very few ingredients, and with a spectacular taste.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate, 2 colors

Preparation

Separate the chocolates by colors.
And in equal parts, pour them in the blender. Add 1 cup of evaporated milk and 1/2 cup of milk. Add half of the chocolates of a single color.
Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Empty in a mold and refrigerate until curd.

PRESENTATION

Blend the rest with the same procedure until each layer is achieved.

TIPS

You can decorate it with chocolate flowers, or just chocolates
