Prepare these easy individual Christmas gelatins. They are very easy to make and they remain with an incredible finish that will surprise your friends and family. You can decorate them as you like and they are also ideal for a Christmas lunch or dinner.

Preparation
Place the two flavors of gelatin in separate bowls and each one adds 750 ml of boiling water. Stir until there are no lumps and let cool for 30 minutes.
Hydrates the unflavored grenetine in cold water. Pour the condensed milk, milk and vanilla flavor vodka into a pot over medium heat. Add the grenetine and mix until the grenetine has completely melted.
Grease a rectangular glass refractory with a little spray oil and pour a thin layer of the lemon jelly. Let it set for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Pour a slightly thicker layer of the vodka jelly on top and let it set for 30 minutes.
Repeat this process with strawberry gelatin. Form several layers to fill the refractory, remember to let each layer set before adding the one that follows.
Refrigerate the gelatin for 4 hours. Desmolda the gelatin with care and with a knife cut squares of the same size.
Decorate each box with chantilly cream, mint and blueberries.
