What better dessert than a colorful jelly like this Gelatin Mosaic that you can make with gelatin cubes of creamy yoghurt and an extra crystalline green tea gelatin. Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 Cup of yogurt of mango
  • 1 Cup of yogurt of apple
  • 1 Cup of yogurt of blueberry
  • 1 Cup of yogurt of blackberry
  • 1 Cup of yogurt of peach
  • 4 cups of lemon tea cold
  • 12 spoonfuls of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted (divided)
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar for gelatin

    Preparation

    Place the yoghurt flavors in different bowls and mix each with 2 tablespoons of hydrated and melted gelatin. Pour each flavor into containers and refrigerate until set.
    Unmold the colored jellies and cut into cubes. Reserve.
    In another bowl, mix the lemon tea with the 10 sachets of gelatin and the sugar until all the ingredients are incorporated.
    In a jello mold, place the colored cubes and fill with lemon tea gelatin. Refrigerate the preparation until it settles completely, unmold and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the gelatin in an rectangular platter.

    TIPS

    Lightly grease the mold with oil so that the molding is perfect. If you like it sweeter, add ¼ cup more sugar.

    Se ve deliciosa ..pero honestamente... veo y leeo que los ingredienres * grenetina no esta bien calculada o eapecificada .. pudieran corroborarla 😂

    A mi me parece que es demasiado 70 gms de grenetina, o sea, 10 sobres de grenetina para 4 tazas de té? Yo sé que para un litro son como unos 30 o 40 gms, podrían verificar? gracias
