Preparation
Put to heat the water, once boiling, empty an envelope of light gelatine for water and mix. Empty in a container and leave it in the refrigerator until it sets.
While the gelatin curdles, crush the cookies and pour melted butter (the necessary). Mix well and in a mold for flan put the biscuit in the base, refrigerate immediately.
Put to heat the milk and let boil. Empty an envelope of light gelatin for milk and mix well. Let cool and empty in the mold of flan, let cool.
Once the milk gelatin has cooled, take the gelatin out of water and cut it into cubes.
Put them inside the milk jelly and refrigerate until set.
Desmolda and serves.
