  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cups refined sugar
  • 28 grams gelatin, hydrated and molten
  • enough zest, tangerine
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • enough Orange zest
  • 28 grams gelatin, hydrated and molten
  • enough tangerine segment, to decorate


For the mandarin jelly, heat the tangerine juice with the water, add the sugar and dissolve, add the zest and heat for 5 minutes; Finally add the grenetina and reserve.
Pour a little of the mixture into the mold and refrigerate until set. Once curdled, place the mandarin segments and cover with the rest of the mandarin jelly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
For orange jelly, blend the cream cheese, milk, orange juice, condensed milk, orange zest and add the grenetina in the form of thread.
In the same mold, pour the orange jelly and refrigerate for 1 hour, until set. Garnish with mandarin segments.

Grease the mold before using it, so that the jelly does not stick.

con que puedo engrasar en molde para evitar que se pegue la gelatina? cuando hago pasteles suelo usar margarina pero con esto no se que podría usar, es la primera vez que hare pasteles de gelatina
